Michael Diercks, President of the Columbus office, has been with LMI for 7 years.  He has worked with many organizations to build stronger leaders and teams.  These companies include large corporate organizations as well as privately held firms.  He has worked with hundreds of CEOs, business owners and company presidents.  In addition, he has been published in a variety of business periodicals. Prior to joining LMI, he spent over 25 years in leadership positions with GM, EDS, RR Donnelley & Sons and other companies.Michael is known for his ability to lead teams and individuals through transformational and dramatic change that brings lasting results.

Nick Linamen, Executive VP. He brings over 26 years of sales, sales management, operations management and executive management. He has successfully led teams to achieve number one status in every organization he has been with. Jennifer L. Goettemoeller, Regional Director. Jennifer directs, supports, and develops projects for a variety of organizations helping them implement process, behavioral, or methodology changes. She brings over 14 years of experience in a variety of disciplines s. She has the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they become real. Her background includes many leadership and technical roles including supplier development, negotiation, and team building.

Kelly Hanlon, Account Executive. Kelly has been in medical supply sales for 10 years. She has led multiple training and leadership initiatives.  She has her Master degree from Marshall University in Training and Development.  Kelly credits her success to her deep passion to learn and grow. Kent Justice, Account Executive.  Well known in Central Ohio as an award-winning television news anchor and the reporter who grabbed the big story of the day, Kent brings two decades experience as a professional communicator, networker and public speaker.  Kent is an effective trainer.  He has trained and led groups in television, non-profit organizations, and as vice-president of Media and Public Relations for a marketing firm, where he helped companies generate more revenue.  Kent is a highly regarded speaker in Central Ohio, passionate about bringing personal and professional success to everyone seeking it.
