Annual Strategy Meetings
Effective organizations make planning a habit. LMI of Columbus
will help facilitate annual strategic planning meetings that are structured to
bring out everyone's best thinking and refocus the leadership team on "What
Matters Most". Meetings generally last between 3 - 4 days.

Results Management Meetings
We recommend that you conduct regularly scheduled Results
Management Meetings. Typically, clients have these meetings every month with
their Leadership Team and an LMI representative. These meetings can be
facilitated by reports generated from the RMS Software and are designed to
review the plan and make corrective actions as needed.
